Your Roles & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality speech therapy to clients aged 3–65 (NDIS & private) Conduct assessments and create therapy plans across clinic, home, school, and telehealth Collaborate closely with OTs, psychologists, and PBS specialists Manage a varied caseload, with flexibility to specialise in your chosen area Participate in supervision, PD, and team workshops Provide guidance to junior team members (for Senior/Lead roles) Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA Membership (essential) Preferably NDIS experience or strong interest in disability & developmental communication Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills Interested in this position?
